Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. And return can be processed for wrong delivered parts. If the part(s) is wrongly ordered by the buyer the shipping charges to be borne by the buyer. The parts can only be returned in original supplied packing which has not been damaged, in case of any damage to the packing or opened packing the part(s) cannot be returned. Any part(s) if found used will not be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All electrical item’s once purchased cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 45 days after deduction of shipping and other related charges if applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rostock Auto Spare Parts LLC
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over AED 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation
Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours as order are usually shipped after this time period; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Electrical and body parts can only be cancelled as per above time frame and any order thereafter cannot be returned for these two categories, especially if the original packing has been opened or tampered with.
